Position Overview
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the seamless operation of our exclusive dining experience, ensuring every detail reflects the highest standard of white-glove service. This role provides leadership and anticipatory support to the FOH Executive Team, maintaining impeccable service, supervising staff, and ensuring that every member and guest interaction exemplifies discretion, professionalism, and excellence. The Restaurant Manager fosters a culture of elevated service, maintaining the club’s reputation as a premier destination.

Principal (Essential) Duties
  • Lead and manage all front-of-house dining operations, ensuring service excellence, efficiency, and consistency aligned with the club’s elevated standards.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor dining staff, setting clear expectations and modeling exemplary professional conduct and discretion.
  • Anticipate and accommodate member and guest needs, delivering a seamless, personalized dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to coordinate service flow, special events, and member requests with precision and professionalism.
  • Ensure that all dining areas, service stations, and supporting spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
  • Assist with the management of reservations, seating, and special requests with tact, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Act as a visible ambassador of the club’s culture, fostering a welcoming, respectful, and elite environment for members, guests, and staff.
Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, advanced education or professional training in hospitality, culinary, or management highly preferred.
  • 5 + years of experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or private club management required.
  • Experience working with high-profile or UHNW clientele highly preferred.
The base salary pay range for this role is $107,500-$125,000, depending on relevant experience and qualifications, in addition to a generous full-suite benefits package offering.
