Exus is seeking a Renewables Compliance Administrator who will be responsible for the administrative compliance duties, which includes assisting in internal compliance protocols, reviewing and analysis of contracts, determining compliance obligations to regulatory and third-party authorities, development of contractual compliance matrices, contractual insurance renewals and claims.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop the project compliance matrix and review email reminders to monitor all compliance items for the Exus’ portfolio of projects.
- Assist in the data collection, analysis, and submission of all required filings for all regulatory bodies, reliability entities and governmental agencies, including but not limited to the Department of Energy, Federal Energy Regulatory Committee (FERC), ISO/RTO Compliance, and state regulatory.
- Assist the Senior Contracts and Compliance Administrator, Asset Managers, and O&M Providers in obtaining and providing all required documentation and information for compliance submissions.
- Support the Senior Contracts and Compliance Administrator on all new project compliance registrations and coordinate cross-departmentally to obtain all required information.
- Problem solve and determine remedies for any issue that would cause non-compliance with a contract.
- Maintain and organize all compliance records and files on the company SharePoint.
- Review contracts for compliance details and assist in the development of compliance matrix trackers.
- Represent and participate on Exus’ behalf at conferences, workshops, and meetings for compliance matters.
- Ad hoc general and administrative compliance items.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, scientific, technical, engineering, or administrative field of work, or equivalent work experience.
- 0 - 2 years’ experience working within a compliance focused role or equivalent; compliance experience in Electric Utility Compliance entities preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of implementation of compliance risk management and mitigation.
- Energy industry, renewables, environmental knowledge preferred
