The Role:
The Director of Firm Operations (DFO) is the linchpin of the firm's daily functionality and strategic execution. This role is not merely operational; it is foundational to the firm's ability to achieve its growth objectives and maintain its competitive edge. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, the DFO assumes the critical role of Integrator within the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework, ensuring that the firm's vision is translated into tangible results.
While initially operating as a 'team of one,' the DFO's capacity to cultivate a high-performing operational team is a critical driver of the firm's scalability and long-term prosperity. This role serves as the central conduit for people operations and the employee experience, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment. The DFO's oversight of office and facility operations, including the supervision of administration, HR, and IT, ensures that the firm's infrastructure supports its ambitions.
In essence, the DFO is not just managing operations; they are safeguarding the firm's operational integrity and driving its strategic momentum. This role’s performance is directly correlated with the firm's ability to thrive in a competitive landscape.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days/week onsite at our Greentree office.
