- Stock and replenish bar supplies throughout service.
- Assist with prep work including garnishes, ice, and glassware.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
- Support bartenders during high-volume periods.
- Handle deliveries and inventory restocking discreetly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior barback or food & beverage experience in a fine establishment preferred.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
