Schedule: Full-time, must report for dispatch before 7:30 a.m.
Daily Dispatch From: 340 Graham Rd, Wexford, PA 15090
Pay Range: $20 – 28
Reports to: Landscape Manager
Lawn Technician
Sarver Landscape is hiring a Lawn Technician to provide professional lawn care services that keep our customers’ properties healthy and thriving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and values safety, quality, and customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Apply fertilizers, weed control, and other lawn treatments according to schedules and safety guidelines
- Identify turf issues such as weeds, insects, and disease and make treatment recommendations
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, sprayers, spreaders, and service vehicles
- Complete service records and route documentation accurately
- Communicate professionally with customers about services performed and lawn conditions
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental regulations
- Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections and maintain a clean, professional appearance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Lawn care experience preferred
- Pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain license upon hire
