MRK Partners is seeking a dynamic Acquisitions Analyst who will be responsible for driving all aspects of property valuations and investment analysis for the organization.

Please note: this is an onsite role in our LA office.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare financial models for investment analysis.
Abstract property financial information and other due diligence including promissory notes and regulatory agreements.
Conduct market research on demographic and economic trends.
Complete and review rent and sale comparability studies.
Establish supportable underwriting assumptions and cash flow projections for investment sale opportunities using market research and analysis.
Present valuation strategies and pricing recommendations.
Manage valuation pipeline.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, economics, real estate, or related field required.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a financial analyst or acquisitions analyst in real estate. Affordable housing background preferred.
Knowledge of real estate and experience working in an Asset Management environment preferred.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting applications.
Experience working with Monday.com Work OS and RealPage software preferred but not required.

The compensation range for this role is $70,000-$80,000 salary, based on experience.
