We are conducting a confidential search for a Business Operations Associate position in a private family office. This position will report to the Director of the family office, and will be part of a collaborative team environment that delivers financial support to this family. The primary purpose of the office is to help orchestrate multiple branches of the family’s capital in a multifaceted approach. As a family office, all of the staff work very closely together in a collegial work environment and have regular direct contact with family members. This is an onsite position in the office in Newtown Square, PA.
Job description:
- Data entry and analysis of monthly investment activities
- Provide support in various family services such as organization of bank, brokerage, and tax communications
- Assist in basic bookkeeping functions including bill payments and general ledger maintenance
- Analysis and review of outside investment management fees
- Provide various administrative functions such as answering calls, scanning documents, and mailing services
- Prepare tracking of various projects
Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years experience in financial services or similar
- Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks within deadlines with accuracy
- Experience with detail Excel spreadsheet analysis
