We seek an energetic and motivated self-starter to serve as an administrative operations assistant to our dynamic team of high-performing professionals.

This is a fast-paced, always-changing role. With no two days the same, you will support our team of consultants with everything from meeting prep and client communication to errands for supplies and routine logistics tasks. This position also personally supports the President, working out of her home-based office, in all aspects of behind-the-scenes management and operational needs. A love of Boxer dogs is a plus!
You must possess strong communication and analytical skills, be tech and social media savvy, and able to jump in wherever to provider superior service to our team and clients. Positivity, creative thinking and a sense of humor are required for our team.
A Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related field and a minimum of one year of work or intern experience is preferred. Will consider those pursuing a degree who meet the other position requirements.
The position offers a flexible work arrangement that enables you to work both remotely as well as on-site. Hours range between 10-15 per week and vary based on business need and availability.
Compass operates as a virtual office, allowing our independent consultants to work from multiple locations. This flexibility requires our consulting team to be strong communicators and excellent time managers. All team members are expected to maintain secure home offices that meet our technology requirements.
