This is a fast-paced and challenging role. Our Solutions Providers work with clients in all industries to creatively provide support across all aspects of the employee life cycle. With no two days the same, you will draw on your extensive generalist skill set to provide talent acquisition, policies & procedures, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, employee engagement, organizational change, compliance and technology applications for use in HR and payroll.

A Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field is required plus a minimum of three years HR or related experience. You must possess strong communication and analytical skills, take pride in providing the highest quality work and enjoy multi-tasking and supporting a variety of select clients.
Compass operates as a virtual office, allowing our independent consultants to work from multiple locations, including a home-based office and onsite with clients. This flexibility requires our consulting team to be tech savvy, strong communicators and excellent time managers. All team members are expected to maintain secure home offices that meet our technology requirements.
